Tommy Reamon Jr. grew up in the city of Newport News. He became a nationally ranked high school quarterback and went on to earn a full scholarship to Old Dominion University. While at ODU he received his Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management, then shortly after, pursued his Master’s in Higher Education at the University of Virginia.

He has coached at the college level with stops at the University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, and the University of Miami. Reamon also gained NFL scouting experience from his time with the New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers, and as an intern with the Buffalo Bills at the NFL Combine.

All of Tommy’s experiences in football at both the college and pro levels have made him a go to voice in the world of scouting and recruiting. This past season, he served as Director of Scouting on the coaching staff at Norfolk State University during NFL legend Michael Vick’s first season as head coach. Recently, he has joined the staff at Sports Illustrated as one of their contributors covering High School football.

While chasing his football dreams, Tommy was able to find an even greater passion. City on My Chest is a shirt he created to represent the city he was from that grew into a brand that encourages people to be proud of where they come from no matter the circumstances. City on My Chest has globally reached people across the globe with several endorsements from pro athletes and celebrities.
